Picnic in Sofia parken, Oslo

26 May 2016

Rather than being a big public event – this event aims to create a small moment for those who are interested to hear what our students are reflecting upon, thinking about, and working on. You are most welcome to come and listen-in. We are inviting you to share with us as much time as you have. We’ll be happy if you come and discuss our work with us!

Week 47, November 17–20, 2015, 9.00 am–5.00 pm

How can writing become a tool, material or the medium within the production of art? Can writing stimulate imagination, reflection and the process of making? Is there a spatial dimension to writing?

This course provides further theoretical and practical knowledge of the mediation, communication and presentation of an art practice. The teaching runs parallel with the students' individual or group work. The course will underline the necessity of incorporating mediation as part of the development of their work, and enhance students' knowledge of different forms of communication, contexts and audiences.

Rather than being a big public event – this event aims to create a small moment for those who are interested to hear what our students are reflecting upon, thinking about, and working on to come and listen-in. We are opening the door of our studio and inviting you to share with us as much time as you have. Keep in mind that for the most part the projects being presented are work-in-progress that still need to be developed further. We’ll be happy if you come and discuss them with us!
