Where do we meet public? How do we meet public? Who is our public? These are the questions that we will be asking within the last course in this academic year and concluding it with-in a public event: LISTEN_IN.
“The realization of the Open doors Day event, being a collaboration between the students from the start to the end, resulted in a good group dynamic among MAPS and the visitors, we developed our ability to collaborate together and benefitted from the variety of profiles and knowledge”
This course runs parallel and in cooperation with MAMBA MFA1 study program creating an MA ONE SHOW, which serves for MAPS students as a venue for meeting public, testing out situations and new strategies.
This year our starting point was working in close cooperation with Åsmund Wivestand Engesland to re-make or (re)design our studio discussion table. We transformed it into display elements for various students projects.
